Warm Up Your Winter: Patio Sneak Peek

Brown Jordan
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

If you’re winter-weary and ready for spring, we’ve got a cure for your cold weather blues: a sneak peek at Brown Jordan’s 2014 patio furniture collections, now available for purchase online at Home Depot.

Samples will go on display in Home Depot patio showrooms in March, and pieces will be sold a la carte. Until then, warm up your winter with a look at the collections below. All are crafted with the thickest-gauge aluminum frames in the industry and designed for enduring quality and timeless beauty. Exclusive, long-lasting Sunbrella fabrics are customizable for each grouping.

Brown Jordan Greystone Collection

Since 1945, Brown Jordan has built a reputation for unparalleled quality and innovative design. Brown Jordan designs that were innovative then are just as inspiring today: fresh and relevant, these classic furnishings transcend period and style.

Sleek yet substantial: The Greystone Collection, with its comfortable, contouring cushions and lumbar pillows, could slip easily into your living room. The classic design has a modern twist, thanks to upholstered backs and sides. Each one-of-a-kind tabletop is made of marble, offering the natural hues and details of real stone. Frames are finished with a multi-step powder coat process for a vintage artisan feel.

Brown Jordan Highland Collection

East meets West in this collection, which combines European design with an American aesthetic. Highland is made of weather-resistant Resinweave® hand-woven over a powder-coated aluminum frame, and each deep seating piece is generously scaled. The collection features graceful curved backs, flared arms, and simplified, tapered silhouettes.

Brown Jordan Marquis Collection

Plantation-grown teak legs complement the pieces in this collection, which gives a modern interpretation to traditional woven furniture. Chairs are designed with optimally pitched backs for comfort. Use these inviting pieces, which contrast simple lines with a weather-resistant herringbone resin weave, to add visual depth to indoor or outdoor areas.

Brown Jordan Northshore Collection

Designed to sit close to the ground, pieces in the Northshore collection are reminiscent of low contemporary furnishings. Elegant and graceful, they harmonize easily with any architectural style or décor. Their generous scale, durable materials, and understated styling make them suitable for use indoors or out. Coordinating occasional and coffee tables are made with Resinwood® tops for long-lasting wear.

Brown Jordan Vineyard Collection

Inspired by the Provence region of Southern France, the Vineyard collection has a classic wingback profile well-suited for country living or chic cottage décor. Strong aluminum frames are hand-woven with a durable Resinweave® to simulate the look of natural wicker material. The motion lounge chair in this grouping uses a hydraulic recliner lift to allow almost infinite adjustments for comfort.

Brown Jordan has been creating timeless furnishings and accessories since 1945, when designer Walter Lamb created a furniture line using salvaged bronze pipe from sunken naval ships at Pearl Harbor. The iconic Walter Lamb Collection was reintroduced in 2010 with tubular brass frames and UV resistant yacht cording.

Brown Jordan’s Day Lily Collection debuted in 1949. Exemplary of the best in American design, Day Lily seating resides in the Smithsonian’s permanent collection. Recognizing its timeless appeal, Brown Jordan re-introduced Day Lily in 2008, offering the collection of sand cast aluminum seating and tables in a more generous scale. Watch for more details, coming soon, on how to order Greystone, Highland, Marquis, Northshore, or Vineyard patio furnishings, all available exclusively through The Home Depot website. Spring is on the way, and the excitement is heating up!
