Q: I just finished harvesting the last of the apples. I have many different varieties of apples growing at my farm. Some of them I use for simply eating, like the scrumptious Gravenstein. Others will be made into apple sauce and bottled, and the less-than-perfect apples, will be made into apple cider. Share with me your favorite methods of preserving an abundance of apples.
