Q: I have just harvested several pumpkins that I will store in my basement and then use for cooking during the winter months. Some of my favorite eating varieties are Long Island Cheese, Rouge Vif d’Etampes, Musquee De Provence, Golden Hubbard, Kakai, Kabocha, Jarrahdale, Tromboncino, Australian Butter, and of course, Butternut. What are your favorite eating varieties?
